Personal project, full CG. This is an old tool box I found in a thrift shop.
I used the photogrammetry model for proportions and displacement, and everything was modeled in Maya. The textures were created in Mari from scratch, using the scan as a reference. I created displacement for the metal parts in Zbrush. The look dev and renders were in Houdini Karma, with fine sand scattered in houdini.
I learned so many news techniques and tools during this project!
